Diamond Hill or ‘Binn Ghuaire’ in Irish meaning ‘Guaire’s peak’ is situated in the Connemara National Park and sits between the Ballinakill harbour and the Twelve Bens mountains range. 

There is a large cairn a top of the summit along with stunning views over the Atlantic coastline, the Twelve Bens and of the islands of Inishbofin and Inishark. 

The peak of the mountain measures to a height of 442 metres (1,450 ft).
